Every conversation starts with you.

Selny is a product by Ahmed Samy, specced, designed, built, tested and shipped end to end.

My first product, and the long one. A place to ask and answer, anonymously if you need to, and to tell stories that spark conversations. It is where I learned what a feed really costs: ranking weights, decay, diversity, moderation, and the quiet work of keeping people safe.

Ask, answer, and tell stories.

Questions can be anonymous, answers are public, and stories are what start the conversations. A ranked feed with decay and diversity keeps it fresh; AI labelling across 32 content categories, blocking and reporting keep it safe.
